Return Policy

Before making a purchase, please review all product images, descriptions, and fitments carefully to ensure the item meets your needs and expectations. • 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for items that are listed or shipped incorrectly, at no charge.

• Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, modified (including writing or marks), or missing parts.

• Damaged or Missing Items: All shipments are protected by insurance. If your item(s) are received in damaged packaging, there are steps as the customer, you are responsible for in order for the reimbursement/replacement process to be fulfilled. The proper steps to take for damaged packages are below.

• Return Policy: Buyer pays for the return shipping. If you use an eBay shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Shipping Policy

• Please note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Tracking information will be emailed and in the eBay sale.

• Domestic Shipments: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your package ships and is also available on your eBay order page. 

• International Shipments: International orders are processed through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Once your purchase is completed, the items are shipped to the eBay International facility. When the items leave this facility, the tracking, escalation, and customer service process is handled by eBay directly. Please, reach out to them if there are issues with shipping or Customs. 

• Combined Shipping: We make every effort to combine multiple purchases into one shipment to reduce costs when possible. However, large, heavy, or fragile items may not be eligible for combined shipping due to the risk of damage. Certain countries may also restrict oversized item shipping. Damaged Shipments

All our shipments are protected by insurance. If your item arrives in damaged packaging, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth replacement or reimbursement process:

1. Report the Damage: Notify the shipping company directly (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

2. Document the Condition: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and keep all original materials.

3. Follow Carrier Instructions: Complete the claim process as required by the shipping provider.
