Return Policy: Prior to purchase, please look at images closely verifying it is the item you intend to order and the item condition meets your needs. We offer a 30-day return on items listed or shipped incorrectly at no charge.


Shipping: Most domestic shipments arrive within 5-7 days. International shipments are handled by eBay. Please, see the eBay policy for international shipments. Deliveries to some countries may be delayed in the Customs process and are beyond our control. 


If you make a single purchase of multiple items, we will attempt to combine them into one shipment in effort to reduce cost to you. Large, heavy or fragile items are NOT eligible for combined shipping due to the risk of damage. Certain countries may limit shipping options of oversized items. Please, reach out to our team for further details. 


You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped. Tracking information is also provided in the eBay sale. 


International Shipping: International shipping is handled through eBay International. Once your purchase is completed, the items are shipped to the eBay International facility. When the items leave this facility, the tracking, escalation, and customer service process is handled by eBay directly. Please, reach out to them if there are issues with shipping or Customs. While we would gladly assist with this process, eBay deals directly with the customer in these circumstances. 


Damaged Shipments: All shipments are protected by insurance. If your item(s) are received in damaged packaging, there are steps that you, as the customer, are responsible for in order for the reimbursement/replacement process to be fulfilled through our shipping partners. Report damaged shipments directly to the shipping company. Photograph and keep all original packaging following the process and requirements of the shipping company (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We do all that we can to ensure your items are delivered to you safely.


Please, examine and verify the condition of items prior to use or installation. Buyer assumes all liability once items are used or installed.
