If your item(s) are received in damaged packaging, there are steps as the customer, you are responsible for in order for the reimbursement/replacement process to be fulfilled. • Return Policy: Buyer pays for the return shipping. If you use an eBay shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged Shipments
